Production Coordinator

Bengaluru, India POINT TO BUSINESS SERVICES Full time

The Production Coordinator will have experience in organizing excellent events and conferences. You will be responsible for every aspect of the event, from speaker acquisition, venue selection to evaluating event success and delivery.

**Essential Tasks**
- Understand requirements for each event
- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
- Invite, and acquire speakers for the said event
- Manage speaker travel, coordination and at the event interaction
- Book venues and schedule speaker slots based on agenda inputs
- Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
- Hire external personnel for event delivery as required
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g., tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
- Event data collation and event payments collection liaison with sponsorship team and payment coordination with vendors and management
- Reviewing event bids to determine which ones should be accepted or rejected based on price, location, demand for the event, and other factors
- Managing the financial aspects of an event such as tracking expenses and generating reports
- Coordinating the event marketing efforts such as creating brochures, developing a website, or designing fliers or banners
- Creating detailed plans for each event along with timelines and budgets in coordination with sales teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
