**Relevant Experience: 1-3 Years’ experience in Marketing**

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative execution, and data analysis to support the overall marketing objectives of the organization.

**Education -** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics) - Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Campaign Management -** Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results

**Market Research -** Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. - Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

**Brand Management**- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. - Develop and uphold brand guidelines to ensure cohesive messaging and visual identity.

**Customer Engagement**- Engage with customers and prospects through various channels to build relationships and gather feedback.

Utilize customer insights to tailor marketing efforts and improve customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
