About Us:
We're looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team in Panjim. You'll provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Technical Support:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide technical assistance to employees
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- IT Infrastructure:

- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure
- Ensure data security and backup
- Implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintenance and Upgrades:

- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues proactively

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, etc.) and IT tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
