Lawyer (Arbitrator): Job Description

**1. Legal Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.

**2. Client Consultation**:

- Meet with clients to discuss their legal concerns, provide legal advice, and explain potential courses of action.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the legal process.

**3. Case Management**:

- Manage and oversee legal cases from inception to resolution.
- Develop case strategies, conduct negotiations, and represent clients in court, if necessary.

**4. Drafting Legal Documents**:

- Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all legal documentation.

**5. Court Representation**:

- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal forums.
- Present legal arguments and evidence to support clients' cases.

**6. Collaboration with Legal Team**:

- Collaborate with other lawyers, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cohesive and effective legal representation.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions.

**7. Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns and provide updates on case progress.

**8. Compliance and Ethics**:

- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional conduct rules.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain the highest standards of integrity.

**9. Working Hours**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
