Associate Officer

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Invoices as per customer indent/PO including staff billing/inter-company sales etc.
- Also ensuring to close all the open sales order, pending deliveries & billing due list.
- Issuing credit notes/PRN for market returns/short supplies/damages etc.
- E-way bill generation (linking E-way bill no. to SAP Docs)
- Filling & Verifying daily customer acknowledged copies of supplies.
- Verification of Invoice vs GRN’s
- Transferring back unused milk to plant for reprocessing.
- Dump clearing entry for returns

**Qualification**:B.Com / BBA / M.Com

**Experience**: 1 to 2 years in SAP - FICO (AR)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
