Our state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated team ensure high-quality care for our patients. We are looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team.

Position Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives and enhance profitability.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Cost Control: Analyze operational costs and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure appropriate insurance coverage and financial controls are in place.

Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities and assess the financial viability of new projects or services.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate financial performance and strategic direction to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and management team.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Financial Systems: Implement and manage financial systems and software to streamline operations and reporting.

Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards in India.

Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
