**Key sales responsibilities**

Business development: Identify and prospect new customers, such as hotels, hospitals, office buildings, stationery shops, and contract cleaning firms.
- **Relationship management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and Regular communication and on-site visits are crucial for customer retention.
- **Sales process managemen**t: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- **Sales reporting**: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, track progress toward revenue targets, and forecast future sales.

**Key marketing responsibilities**
