Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Review the work performed by Billing Executive and document any quality issues Review call quality issues on various parameters such as conversational skills, claims resolution, and voice quality Participate in developing process documentation Participate in maintaining our Quality Management System for ISO.
- Should have worked as a Quality Analyst for Billing or at least 2+ years with medical billing service providers Should have excellent knowledge in Medical Billing and confidence in process knowledge Experience in the end-to-end Healthcare process/ Medical billing audit.
- Adapting to new situations & challenges whenever required Good communication & typing skills
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Friendly environment.
- Fixed shift.
- 5 days of workings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
