**Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prior experience in End to End Sales, Lead generation, Solution Selling, Website, Software & Applications and Project Management is a must.

2. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

3. Create a sales pipeline.

4. Cold calling, making multiple out boundcalls to understand prospective business needs and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into qualified prospects.

5. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospects.

6. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.

7. Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.

8. Hands on experience in working with Enterprise level software - ERP, CRM, HRM, BI and SRM.

9. Respond to inbound leads, qualify them, move them through deal-making stages.

10. To pass on the potential leads to sales team and schedule customer call.

11. Presenting and delivering information of prospects to manager.

13. Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

14. Maintaining database (hubspot, Google Sheets, etc.) of prospect information.

15. closing sales and working with prospects through the closing.

- **Requirements**
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with clients.
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
- Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
- Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Decision-making skills.
- Ability to think strategically.
