**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management, optimizing campaigns for maximum performance.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to draw insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive and effective strategies.
- Continuously measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong experience in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Proficient in analytics tools and able to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
