- **Classroom Support**:

- Assist the lead teacher in preparing and organizing classroom materials and resources.
- Support the implementation of lesson plans and instructional activities.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment.
- **Individualized Assistance**:

- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who may need additional support or have special needs.
- Reinforce lessons by working with students on specific tasks or assignments.
- **Behavior Management**:

- Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive discipline environment.
- Support the implementation of classroom rules and expectations.
- **Grading and Record-Keeping**:

- Assist in grading assignments, tests, and other student assessments.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
- **Communication with Parents and Guardians**:

- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other communication efforts.
- **Supervision**:

- Monitor students during breaks, lunch, and other non-instructional times.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students both inside and outside the classroom.
- **Assistive Technology**:

- Provide support in the use of technology and assistive devices in the classroom.
- Help students navigate and utilize educational software or digital resources.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the lead teacher, other assistant teachers, and support staff to create a cohesive and effective educational environment.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.
- **Special Education Support**:

- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Collaborate with special education teachers and other specialists.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in education.
- Stay informed about best practices in teaching and learning.
- **Substitute Teaching**:

- Occasionally fill in for the lead teacher during planned absences, following the provided lesson plans.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
