**Job Description**:
As a Visualiser, you will take charge of leading the creative team, crafting visually compelling designs that align with our clients' branding and campaign goals. Your leadership, creativity, and attention to detail will help transform ideas into visuals that captivate and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the creative team to conceptualize and develop visual ideas for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Oversee the creation of innovative designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.

Develop mood boards, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate visual ideas effectively.

Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions and ensure the team delivers high-quality output.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to produce fresh and modern visuals.

Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Visualiser or similar role in a creative agency or design studio, with leadership experience.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and expertise in visual storytelling.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and ideas.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
