1. Ensure compliance of the production organization with the established requirements for; SHE, GMPs, ISO, work processes and other rules and regulations.
2. Contribute to the improvement of the overall performance of the plant by participating in the Production Management Team.
3. Coordinate activities between shifts to make smooth and productive transitions among the different production operators.
4. Fill the production formats on a timely manner and analyze them with the Plant manager to keep records of performance trends.
5. Ensure that the agreed volumes of product(s) are produced.
6. Manage and supervise the shift operations in the plant.
7. Ensure that the working environment is safe and healthy.
8. Ensure that the plant is in good condition for day-to-day operations.
Knowledge and educational level
- Experience- 3 - 5 Years- Salary- 1 Lac 25 Thousand To 1 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.- Industry- Manufacturing / Production / Quality- Qualification- Diploma- Key Skills- Production Management Operations Plant Management Manufacturing QualityAbout Company
