FULL-TIME- (GURGAON- )- 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCEAssociate Professor, Finance

This role revolves around conceptualising, defining and executing learning programs in the

finance domain. The programs may include introductory courses like Applied Finance for

professionals starting their finance career to advance certifications for experienced

professionals.Associate Professor will be responsible for building programs which focus on

industry relevant skills and make our student job ready. The role also includes working with

other academicians and industry experts to ensure that the curriculum and pedagogy of the

program is updated and effective. Associate Professors will be teaching these programs in a

hybrid manner.

Indicative Responsibilities:

- Excellent academic delivery of the programs in an hybrid mode with innovative

pedagogical approaches
- Proven academic prowess and relevant industry experience is a must
- Design and create learning materials for the learners to help them learn the

concepts more effectively
- Design and implement various in-class and out-class activities and assessments to

ensure effective learning and engagement
- Create and implement student assignments, quizzes and other evaluation tools
- Provides vision, leadership, and strategic direction to the Department of Finance in

supporting the mission of the organisation
- Conceptualise and create courses which reflect the latest industry trends and

enable the learners to become job ready
- Lead the academic team to define learning outcomes and create the required

classroom decks and learning materials for the students
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic learning environment for

all learners of the different programs
- Mentor, guide and train other faculty members and academic staff to ensure an

upward growth trajectory for the entire team

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent quantitative, analytical communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven academic prowess in the finance domain
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in the relevant discipline
- Ability to innovate on pedagogical approaches and curriculum development for

finance courses
- Ability to re-imagine online education and design learning programs with high

student engagement
- Strong leadership skills as well as excellent written verbal skills
- Passion for building world-class institutions of higher education.
- Ability to establish department goals and objectives that support the strategic plan
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
