**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a **Field Sales Representative** located in Kolkata.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Visit diagnostic centers, clinics, and hospitals to present ThinkWide’s products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Demonstrate software features and explain benefits to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
- Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for on-ground campaigns.
- Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in **field sales**, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or software solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

**Location**: Kolkata
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in field sales
**Notice Period**: Immediate joiners preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
