Resume Expert

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to gather information about their work history, skills, and career goals.
- **Resume Writing**: Create and revise resumes and CVs that effectively showcase clients' strengths, accomplishments, and unique value propositions.
- **Formatting and Design**: Utilize appropriate formatting and design elements to ensure resumes are visually appealing and ATS-friendly.
- **Content Optimization**: Tailor resume content to align with specific job descriptions and industry standards.
- **Career Guidance**: Provide clients with advice on job search strategies, cover letter writing, and interview preparation as needed.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on current resume trends, hiring practices, and industry-specific requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and proofread all documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
- **Client Feedback**: Incorporate client feedback into revisions and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Workshops and Webinars**: Conduct workshops or webinars on resume writing and career development topics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in resume writing, career coaching, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
- Strong understanding of various industries and job functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and keyword optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
