Our company is a leading organization in the industry, providing quality products and services to our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Computer Operator to join our team in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate computer systems and related equipment, including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Monitor system performance and ensure that it meets the required standards.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure software and hardware as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of system downtime, hardware and software maintenance, and repair.
- Backup and restore data as required.
- Ensure the security of the computer systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
- Provide support to end-users and resolve their technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all software licenses are up to date and that the company is in compliance with software licensing agreements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a computer operator or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and related equipment.
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with networking and database concepts.
