1) Supervise and coordinates the work of employees who work on assembly-line.
2) Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product.
3) Being an Assembly Supervisor ensures operations and employees follow proper policies and procedures.
4) Report and act upon plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians
5) Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to support dispatch.
6) Ensure all external and internal auditory standards and improvement requirements are met.
7) Supervise and control resource effectively to support customer delivery requirements.
8) Responsible for training of operators for products and processes.
9) Allotting the new employees their work places.
10)Motivating the employees in achieving the production goals and targets.
11) Preparing monthly and yearly reports on daily basis.
12) Should have experience in handling team (25+ workers)

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical Engineering)

Experience: Minimum 2 To 3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Time: 09.00 am to 05.30 pm

Job Location: Vasai

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
