We are looking for a Conversion designer to join our Customer Acquisition Team.

Your responsibilities:

- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Development and optimization of landing page design based on A/B test results
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Development of visual concept optimized for content and brand image
- Marketing/brand-related on/offline promotion material design and inspection

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Familiar with design tools such as Invision, Sketch, Abstract, and Figma
- A person who can quickly materialize and execute ideas through prototype implementation
- Skilled in communication and collaboration with developers and marketers
- A person with problem-solving ability to think for themselves and come up with a solution
- Possess sufficient proficiency in English to be able to communicate with the design and development team of the head office

**Preferred**:

- TML, CSS, Javascript knowledge is preferred
