**Job Purpose**:
The processes across the retail portfolio management are to be handled as prescribed by the regulators and internal policy. All the day to day activities are to be completed by maintaining TAT and good accuracy/quality levels.
- **Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas**

**Process Management & Reengineering (Weightage 40%)**
- All Banks process to be adhered to in totality in Unit performance
- Lien & Debits Process to be carried out on a daily basis. To ensure recovery of dues wherever the avenue is available.
- Allocation of cases which includes Start of Month allocation, Risk X allocation & Referral allocation to be done to the concerned vendor / caller / line team as appropriate on time.
- Tracking & reporting of specific portfolio segments to be done across product suites on a monthly basis for effective portfolio monitoring
- New processes to be implemented with respect to any new products within the stipulated time in order to meet the business goals
- Database consolidation & standardization to be done across the portfolio & process for providing input to the reporting tool
- Development of new reporting / allocation tools to be carried out for effective monitoring of the portfolio & process
- Cash deposit process including monitoring TAT taken by agencies to deposit money collected.
- Receipt Management including receipt recon, sighting of unused receipts, completion of lost receipt formalities.
- Settlement process involving issue of settlement letters to be in line with approvals received.
- Manage escalations and ensure resolution of all cases.
- Training programs to be done monthly and all employees to be covered for minimum man hours every quarter.

**MIS / Analysis and Exception reporting(Weightage 20%)**
- Assist the line collections team by generating and reporting MIS on various aspects for the processes managed.
- Generate and communicate Daily process & other MIS to line team / senior management.
- Monitoring the process / project trends & to publish the exceptions / overview to senior management
- Process level TAT's, quality to be tracked on a monthly basis.

**Automation & Initiatives**
- Assist the unit in developing automations by taking new initiatives governing execution of Functional and Extra-functional activities of the unit.
- Initiatives to enhance Effectiveness & Efficiency of both support & line team

**System Support(Weightage 10%)**
- Assist the unit in developing automations by taking new initiatives governing execution of Functional and Extra-functional activities of the unit. Initiatives to enhance Effectiveness & Efficiency of both support & line team
- To create structured processes and procedures with a system emphasis within the central Unit to handle volumes
- To originate, communicate, implement and track for compliance, processes as per guidelines set by the FH.
- Migration of all activities from the existing environment to SQL server platform
- To implement cube concept for all portfolio reportings
- Effective Liaison with External & Internal bodies (Weightage 10%)
- All queries raised by Locations related to DMS are addressed properly without any delay or reminders.
- Regional teams are clearly communicated on new processes developed from time to time.
- Manage escalations & ensure resolution of all queries from the location

**People Management & Training (Weightage 10%)**
- Productivity tracking and monitoring of TAT for internal Staff.
- Training To be coordinated and done through the training resource for all employees. The programs to be covered are Induction, Basic banking, and Debt management program modules.
- Clear definition of goals for employees in units with goals in terms of targets, personal improvement and Process management.
