We are on the lookout for a **Social Media Content Creator** who is not just creative but also innovative, with the ability to leverage AI tools for content creation. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategize, develop, and execute creative social media content tailored for **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Pinterest**, focusing on driving **organic reach** and audience engagement.
- Write compelling and engaging content in English, including captions, posts, and blogs that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Design visually captivating **infographics**, graphics, and multimedia content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Create, edit, and optimize high-quality videos, reels, GIFs, and other multimedia content for social media.
- Generate and refine **customized prompts for AI tools** to produce initial drafts of content, then enhance and polish it with a **human touch** for authenticity and engagement.
- Research and write engaging, well-structured blogs that align with social media campaigns and content strategies.
- Experiment with innovative content formats and strategies to maximize engagement and discover what works best for the audience.
- Maintain an organized and detailed social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
- Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to adjust strategies for better results.
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, AI tools, and best practices to maintain content relevance and creativity.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A **passion for creativity**, storytelling, and experimenting with social media strategies.
- Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, error-free content for various platforms.
- Proficiency in using design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with **AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney) for generating and enhancing content.
- Ability to refine AI-generated content by adding a **human touch**, ensuring authenticity and relevance.
- Experience in **blog writing** with a knack for creating SEO-friendly and audience-focused content.
- Strong understanding of **organic growth strategies**, content trends, and audience engagement techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of social media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Hootsuite.
- Basic SEO knowledge for optimizing social media content and blogs.
