Nursing Superintend

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Determines goals, aims, objectives, and policies of the Nursing Services. Implements hospital policies and rules through various nursing units. Decides and recommends personnel and material requirements for running.
- The setting of Various Nursing departments of the hospital.
- Interviews and recruitment of Nursing staff.
- Check the discipline among the staff.
- Ensures to maintain the efficient care and nursing quality indicator.
- Makes regular hospital rounds individually with Doctors / Consultant of the hospitals.
- Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
- Maintaining reports of patient's medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition
- Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications
- Look after the welfare of the patients, their relatives, and the Nursing staff.
- Check for all duty roster, with the plan of leave of nursing staff.
- Ensures constant counseling and guidance to the nursing staff.
- Enforces implementation of the hospital rules, regulations, and policies.
- Participates in hospital and intra-hospital meetings and conferences
- B.Sc /M.Sc/ GNM (Nursing)
- Experience - 15 to 25 Years Experiences
- Must have 10 years of experience in Staff Nurse
- Must have 2 years of minimum experience as Nursing Superintendent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
