Dialysis Technician

**Position Summary**: The Hospital Dialysis Technician provides essential support in delivering dialysis treatment to patients with kidney disorders. Under the guidance of a nephrologist or nurse, the technician prepares, operates, and maintains dialysis machines, monitors patient vitals, and ensures safe, effective treatments with a compassionate approach to patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Prep & Assessment**: Review patient info, check vitals, educate, and prepare patients for treatment.
- **Machine Setup & Operation**: Assemble and calibrate machines, connect patients, and adjust settings per orders.
- **Treatment Monitoring**: Track patient vitals, respond to alarms, and adjust flow rates as needed.
- **Post-Treatment Care**: Disconnect patients, clean machines, document treatment, and perform maintenance.
- **Safety Protocols**: Follow strict infection control and safety standards, inspect equipment, and report issues.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record each treatment session and update medical staff as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Certified Dialysis Technician or relevant qualification
- Proficient in hemodialysis and equipment operation
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Near Sai Mandir, Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
