We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Argon Welder to join our team. As an Argon Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks using Argon welding, with a focus on precision and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding operations on various metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Set up welding equipment, including selecting appropriate welding tools, gases, and welding rods.
- Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, degreasing, and grinding as necessary.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor welding equipment and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal welding parameters.
- Inspect welded joints and metal structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot welding defects or issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, weld parameters, and production output.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding quality control, safety, and workplace conduct.
