**Position**: Pre-Primary and Day Care Teacher

**Location**: Winmore Academy, Jakkur

**Working Hours**: 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play, creativity, and exploration.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- **Child Supervision**: Provide attentive supervision and care to children during activities, meals, and nap times.
- **Parent Communication**: Regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- **Assessment**: Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback and support as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic space.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in training and workshops to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience working with young children in a pre-primary or daycare setting.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage children in learning.
- **Certifications**: First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
