Job Description - Process Coordinator

**Position Overview**
The Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of business workflows by managing and coordinating each step within defined processes. The role involves facilitating communication, maintaining timelines, and ensuring accuracy in process execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor all steps in business process flowcharts to ensure timely completion.
- Share relevant information across team members to maintain smooth workflow.
- Track progress of tasks and follow up to resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all assigned processes.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative and professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum (Education Requirement
- 12th Pass/Graduation)
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Prior experience in coordination or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Willingness to work from the office [within a commutable distance preferred].

**Salary Bracket**
₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (or as per company norms)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
