launched a portfolio of products to offer genomics in infectious diseases. Our genomics

based diagnostic solution for Tuberculosis was recognized as one of top innovations

supported by BIRAC in the past 10 years, and was launched by the Prime Minister of India in

the BIRAC Showcase event in Delhi, 2022.

**What we want you to do**

analyze and interpret clinical data, identifying trends and patterns relevant to

infectious diseases.
- Bedside Versatility: Demonstrate proficiency in bedside care, understanding the

clinical nuances of patient management, and effectively integrating

microbiological insights into treatment plans.
- Effective Communication: Utilize your people skills to tactfully engage with senior

clinicians, providing expert advice on microbiological matters and contributing to

collaborative decision-making processes.
- Infection Control Leadership: Work closely with the infection control team and

antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMSP) champions to implement effective

infection prevention and control measures within hospital environments.
- Experiential Knowledge Sharing: Communicate insights gained from practical

experience to clients, demonstrating the value of experiential learning in the field of

microbiology and infection control.
- NGS Technological Integration: Superimpose the minimum technological knowhow

of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) to correlate with human infections, ensuring

our solutions remain at the forefront of technological advancements in the field.

**What are we looking in you**
- Freshers - MD Microbiologist / PhD. in Molecular Biology or Microbiology or Life

Sciences or Biotechnology.
- Proven track record of effective communication and collaboration with

interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of infection control protocols and antimicrobial

stewardship principles.
- Familiarity with molecular and sequencing (NGS) technologies and their
