**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing the complete galvanization process, ensuring high-quality output, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials. The role demands hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and process improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the galvanization plant including pre-treatment, zinc coating, and post-treatment processes.
- Ensure product quality meets internal and client specifications
- Monitor and control process parameters like bath composition, temperature, immersion time, etc.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for upkeep of galvanizing kettles, cranes, and ancillary equipment.
- Maintain accurate production and process records; prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Optimize resource usage—manpower, chemicals, utilities—to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical
- Proven experience in hot-dip galvanization or similar metal finishing operations.
- Strong knowledge of galvanizing process and equipment.
- Familiarity with ISO, ASTM, or BIS standards related to surface treatment.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
