**A. Job Responsibility:

- **
- Plan and conduct regular GDA classes as per the designed curriculum.
- Create monthly and weekly lessons plan.
- Keep the session interactive and interesting via various innovative methodology.
- Conduct regular assessments to keep track of student performance.
- Prepare and share monthly reports before month end.
- Work with the center team to place students.

**B. Skills & Experience:

- **
- GDA, ANM, GNM or another relevant course from a recognized institute or college.
- Good Communication skills,
- Patience to deal with Students
- Relevant experience in training preferable.

**C. Gender:

**F. Remuneration: -**Rs.10000/- to 15000/- (depending on experience)
