Key Responsibilities

9. Participating in Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

10. Maintaining a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Current RN License: A current and active registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

2. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: A bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or a related field.

3. Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a medical-surgical unit.

4. Certifications: Certification in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) or pediatric advanced life support (PALS) as required by the hospital.

5. Strong Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

6. Effective Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

7. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Physical and Emotional Demands

1. Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and transferring heavy objects.
