ROLE : Associate Principal - SAP-BPC

ROLE DESCRIPTION- Position SAP BPC Consolidation Embedded Planning Classic with FICO Functional Experience on planning as well as financial consolidation aspects.- Technical experience on BPC Dimension Creation, Hypercare, Support and Training data loads, consolidations and planning processes Integration and reconciliation Administrative activities Intercompany eliminations and rules maintenance Reporting Hierarchy point- Should have SAP BPC Consolidation work exp at least in two projects with one Implementation Support Experience Embedded Planning and Classic with FICO knowledge.- Responsible for successful delivery of the planning and consolidation solutions.- Should have excellent insights to functional and technical aspect of SAP software components which includes SAP Business Planning and Consolidations BPC versions 1010.1 and 11.- Responsibilities include, using knowledge of leading practices for accounting function.- Should have strong insights to General Ledger, Asset accounting, controlling and profitability process areas.- Should be proficient in using formal methodologies during requirements gathering, design, buildtest and deployment.-
- In addition to consolidations, the BPC Consultant should also be able to configure BPC to be used for planning functionality.- He should be able to configure key planning utilities in SAP including Input Schedules, Allocations and Forecast Model.

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
