Location: Anywhere in Chhattisgarh **About the Role** **Key Responsibilities** - Identify Land Transportation Activities: Recognize and support various activities involved in land transportation to facilitate smooth consignment movement. - Prepare for Document Processing: Perform necessary tasks to prepare for processing documents, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently. - Manage Documentation Requirements: Accurately describe and handle each document, ensuring compliance with its specific requirements and standards. - Process Inbound and Outbound Documentation: Execute documentation for inbound and outbound consignments following standard operating procedures. - Handle Post-Documentation Tasks: Complete all necessary tasks after documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and follow-up actions. - Ensure Health, Safety, and Security: Demonstrate adherence to health, safety, and security measures during documentation to maintain a secure work environment. - Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development. - Mentor and guide trainees to achieve learning objectives and prepare for field technician roles. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in computing and peripherals to enhance training content. - Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training programs align with current industry requirements. **Personal Attributes** - Aptitude for conducting training with a focus on pre - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. - A passion for quality, continuous learning, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field. - Well-organized, focused, and eager to develop others through impactful training sessions. **Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirement** - Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate. - Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of relative industry experience in Land Transportation/Documentation Executive. **Required Qualifications and Skills** - Domain Certification: TOT Certified for Job Role "Documentation Executive" from Logistics Skill Council of India (LSC) will be preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - IT proficiency, including MS Office and relevant software. - Proven experience in delivering effective training programs. - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and create a friendly, engaging learning environment. - Willingness to relocate to Anywhere in Chhattisgarh.
