**Position**: Overseas Education Counsellor

**Position Summary**
Under the supervision of the Branch Head, the purpose of this role is to provide professional, friendly career guidance to aspirants planning to study abroad. The aim is always to improve and develop skills and capabilities.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

**Service Excellence (Internal and External)**
- Develop and maintain professional client and potential client relationships.
- Manage complex queries for resolution and escalate to the attention of the Branch Head when needed. Ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest updates and trends.
- Quickly determine when an issue needs escalation to the Supervisor for resolution.

**KRA (Key Responsibility Areas)**:

- Provide career guidance for studying abroad.
- Counsel and find suitable courses within the budget.
- Manage complex queries related to studying abroad.
- Assist students and parents in understanding funding options for visas.
- Guide students through the complete procedure of seeking admission, entry requirements, visa requirements, funding, student visa formalities, and post-study work visa options.
- Provide professional and quality counseling services that exceed customer and client expectations.
- Act as a productive and effective member of the office team, supporting the Branch Head by exhibiting a collaborative operating style and fostering team spirit.
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end process.

**Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate and organized client notes in CRM.
- Ensure records are maintained using established systems for easy access and retrieval when needed.

**Accounts & Expenditure**:

- Accurately and efficiently take payments from clients and ensure proper recording.
- Maintain accurate account records related to payments and expenses.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Bring new ideas and innovations wherever possible.
- Work with the team to identify and improve processes, systems, and create efficiencies within the business.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in study rules, regulations, and trends.
- Be certified as a Counselor for assigned destinations (pass tests annually).

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Help to maintain and improve the business image and brand in the marketplace.
- Train new joiners and junior staff members.
- Perform other service support tasks as requested or directed by the Branch Head, Senior Counselors, or team members.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
