**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our IT service offerings, and scheduling follow-ups or appointments for our sales and solutions experts. Your role is integral to generating new leads, nurturing existing ones, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Proactively call prospective customers to introduce our IT services and identify their business needs.
- Conduct market research to build and maintain an accurate database of potential leads.
- Use social media platforms, industry directories, and other channels to source qualified leads.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Communicate our value proposition clearly and effectively to decision-makers, showcasing how our IT services can solve their operational and strategic challenges.
- Handle inbound inquiries, clarify customer requirements, and provide basic technical information before scheduling in-depth discussions with our solution experts.
- **Appointment Setting & Pipeline Management**:

- Secure meetings, demos, or consultations for the sales team by effectively managing calendars and client communication.
- **Relationship Building & Nurturing**:

- Build rapport with clients by understanding their business pain points, IT infrastructure, and growth plans.
- Maintain relationships with leads over time, providing updates on service enhancements, special promotions, and success stories.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and update CRM systems with call notes, pipeline status, and follow-up tasks.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality, market trends, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development roles, ideally within the IT services, software, or technology industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Basic understanding of IT concepts and services (e.g., cloud computing, software development life cycle, managed services) or willingness to learn quickly.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated, driven, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejections and focus on achieving targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
