**Job Overview**

We are looking for a talented and experienced **Data Scientist** to join our team as a **contractor**. You will work closely with stakeholders to build predictive analytics solutions and deploy AI/ML models that solve real-world business challenges. **Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define **AI/ML project objectives**:

- Build, train, and evaluate **predictive models and machine learning algorithms**:

- Develop and implement **NLP** and **Generative AI** solutions
- Conduct **model optimization**, **hyperparameter tuning**, and **performance evaluation**:

- Deploy models using **Flask**, **FastAPI**, or **Streamlit**:

- Work with data engineers and analysts to process and analyze **large-scale datasets**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **Python** with libraries such as **Pandas**, **Scikit-learn**, **TensorFlow**, or **PyTorch**:

- Hands-on experience with **Natural Language Processing (NLP)** and **Large Language Models (LLMs)**:

- Strong foundation in **statistics**, **data analysis**, and **machine learning**:

- Familiarity with **Git** for version control
- Experience in **model evaluation**, deployment, and testing

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with **MLOps tools** such as **MLFlow** or **Kubeflow**:

- Knowledge of **LangChain** and **vector databases** like **Pinecone**:

- Ability to communicate data-driven insights using **BI tools** like **Power BI** or **Tableau**
