A civil site supervisor manages the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They are responsible for many tasks, including:

- **Project management**: Overseeing the execution of the project, including developing and implementing project plans and budgets
- **Safety**: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- **Quality control**: Overseeing quality control and ensuring the construction meets quality standards
- **Communication**: Collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the project's success
- **Documentation**: Managing and maintaining construction site documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports
- **Issue resolution**: Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- **Training**: Training and mentoring junior staff members
- **Site maintenance**: Ensuring that the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards

Pay: ₹25,270.19 - ₹30,445.91 per month
