Architectural Draftsperson

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD & Revit Draftsman to join our design team. The draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, 3D models, and layout plans for architectural, structural, and MEP works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD for architectural, structural, and civil works.
- Create accurate 3D models and BIM documentation in Revit.
- Interpret engineering sketches, plans, and specifications into technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to refine designs.
- Ensure drawings are compliant with local building codes and standards.
- Maintain and update drawing files, project documentation, and CAD standards.
- Assist in creating quantity take-offs and supporting project estimation teams.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in drafting using AutoCAD and Revit (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong knowledge of building design principles, construction methods, and detailing.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborative drawing updates.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and multitask across projects.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, 3DS Max, Lumion).
- Understanding of MEP services layouts.
- Knowledge of Indian building codes and IS standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
