Database Administrator Trainer

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Qualifications:

- Graduate (Preferably in Science/Computer Science/Electronics and Engineering/Information Technology)
- Proficiency in database management systems and related technologies
- Strong understanding of database architecture, design, and administration principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in training or teaching roles preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs on database administration concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, to effectively convey complex technical information.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and simulations to enhance participants' understanding and skills in database administration.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different learner groups, such as beginners, intermediate, and advanced users.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training content and delivery methods accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in database technologies and incorporate relevant updates into training materials.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees, addressing their queries and challenges related to database administration.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, SQL querying, indexing, normalization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with database administration tasks, including installation, configuration, backup and recovery, security management, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with database-related technologies like data warehousing, data mining, and big data platforms is a plus.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences, including beginners and experienced professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex database issues and challenges.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring others.

**Salary**: Up to 22k (Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
