Machine Maintanance

**Job Responsibilities:A. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance to prevent unexpected machine failures.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
- Reduce machine downtime by ensuring quick troubleshooting and repair.

**B. Machinery & Equipment Handling**:
Responsible for the maintenance of the following machines:
**1. Corrugation Machines & E-Flute Machines**
- Maintain smooth functioning of **single facer, double facer, slitter scorer, and sheeters**.
- Ensure correct temperature control and roller alignment.

**2. Auto & Manual Punching Machines**
- Inspect and service components for precise **cutting and creasing**.
- Adjust settings for accuracy and efficiency.

**3. Stitching Machine**
- Maintain machine alignment for **box stitching** to ensure durability.
- Check motor and mechanical parts for wear and tear.

**4. RS4 & Bundling Machine**
- Regular servicing of **rollers, belts, motors, and control systems**.
- Troubleshoot automation issues for **efficient bundling and stacking**.

**5. Printing Machines & Flexo Print Machines**
- Maintain **ink systems, rollers, anilox rollers, and printing plates**.
- Ensure correct registration and color accuracy.
- Troubleshoot **PLC-based printing control systems**.

**6. Generator & Electrical Systems**
- Maintain **generators, control panels, motors, transformers, and wiring**.
- Ensure stable **power supply** to prevent machine failures.
- Troubleshoot **PLC systems and electrical circuits**.

**C. Installation & Calibration**:

- Assist in the **installation and commissioning of new machines**.
- Adjust **machine settings for optimal performance and waste reduction**.

**D. Spare Parts & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain **stock of critical spare parts** to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with **vendors and suppliers** for timely procurement.

**E. Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to **factory safety standards and protocols**.
- Perform **electrical and mechanical safety checks**.

**F. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of **maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and spare part usage**.
- Suggest **machine improvements and efficiency enhancements**.

**3. Required Skills & Qualifications:A. Educational Qualification**:

- **B.Tech/Diploma** in **Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering** (for Engineers).
- **ITI (Fitter, Electrician, or Mechanical)** (for Technicians).

**B. Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in **corrugation machinery maintenance**.
- Knowledge of **PLC systems, motors, drives, and control panels**.
- Experience with **pneumatic, hydraulic, and gear-driven systems**.
- Ability to read **technical drawings, manuals, and circuit diagrams**.

**C. Experience**:

- **2-10 years** in **machine maintenance** within the **corrugation/packaging industry**.

**D. Soft Skills**:

- Strong **problem-solving and troubleshooting** abilities.
- Ability to **work under pressure** and handle **emergency breakdowns**.
- Good **teamwork and communication skills** to coordinate with production teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
