**Key Accountabilities**
- Responsible for tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Reviewing the quality of purchased products, and entering order details into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, delivery information, and invoices, while also preparing reports and monitoring stock levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and develop strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services while maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Negotiation for competitive pricing and deals.
- Shortlisting ideal vendors based on rates, supply capability, service quality.

**Job requirements**
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Negotiation skills

**Qualification & Experience**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Commerce

2+ Years of experience in similar position

Posses an in-depth understanding of furniture manufacturing systems.

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
