**Position Summary**:
As an Brand Communication Associate at Digi2L, you will play a pivotal role in driving our inbound and outbound marketing strategies. Your creative flair, combined with a writing background, will empower you to develop captivating content that attracts and retains our target audience. You will collaborate across departments to ensure an effective content marketing strategy and utilize your analytical skills to optimize our digital presence and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling blog posts, content copies, and engaging social media updates to foster customer engagement and interaction.
- Collaborate seamlessly across functions to develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
- Embrace a brand publisher mindset by delivering content that resonates with our audience and guides them along the path to conversion.
- Implement basic SEO understanding, content categorization, and structure to enhance content visibility.
- Develop and uphold editorial guidelines to ensure consistent brand voice, style, and tone across all content.
- Utilize your knowledge of major social media platforms to drive content effectiveness.
- Regularly measure and optimize content performance to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Integrate content initiatives with broader brand campaigns to enhance brand demand and recognition.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B Content Marketing, preferably at an agency or client-side.
- Strong writing skills and a creative marketing approach.
- Editorial mindset with an understanding of audience preferences.
- Proficiency in analyzing and presenting content and social performance.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, SlideShare, and major social media platforms.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders' needs.
- Thorough understanding of B2B Enterprise Marketing, social media strategies, and Content Marketing Platforms.
