Job Description: Oracle VBCS Technical Consultant (8-10 Years Experience)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Work on process automation, UI customizations, and extensions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure quality deliverables.
Manage code versioning, deployment automation, and DevOps practices using Oracle Developer Cloud/GitHub.
Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience

8-10 years of IT experience with strong background in Oracle development and cloud technologies.
Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, ORDS, and web services.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL/PLSQL, and Java.
Experience working with Oracle SaaS (ERP/HCM/SCM) - understanding of data models, extensions, and integration points.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in client-facing roles and lead discussions.
