**Location**: Andheri west

Experience: 1 - 3 years
**Reports To**: Café Manager / Store Supervisor

**Job Summary**

The Café Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily café operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role involves assisting with food preparation, serving customers, and ensuring a smooth workflow to enhance the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service**
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

**2. Food and Beverage Preparation**
- Assist in preparing food items such as bagels, sandwiches, coffee, tea, and other café offerings.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards during preparation and service.
- Maintain quality and presentation of food and beverages as per café standards.

**3. Café Operations**
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and payments.
- Restock café supplies (ingredients, coffee cups, utensils, etc.) as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies are low.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures of the café.

**4. Cleaning and Maintenance**
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, kitchen, and equipment.
- Clear and clean tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment for customers.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep the café in compliance with regulations.

**5. Team Support**
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Support the café manager with any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.
- Proactively help during busy hours to improve efficiency.

**QualificationsEducation and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage preparation.
- Knowledge of operating a POS system is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
