**The Role**:
The Productivity Portfolio Advisor position has a unique opportunity in Enterprise Technology and Portfolio (ET&P) to work with the latest technologies in Digital Workspace, My IT Support, Collaboration & Information Management (IM), and Audio Visuals to develop new technology standards used across 120K+ users across Shell operations. Exposure to the latest IT technologies and various IT stakeholders will greatly expand your professional expertise across many IT domains and LoBs (Line of Business). The position also provides opportunities to collaborate with external IT technology corporations as well as other Oil and Gas operators.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage Service and Portfolio Roadmaps, including:

- Understand the Business and IT strategies translate to and shape the current and future portfolio of services
- Coordinate and prepare the various requirements such as Quarterly Business Review, investment reviews, Portfolio highlights
- Contribute to IT Strategic Planning by evaluating the impact that new business imperatives will have on the service portfolio
- Align Roadmaps with Architecture, Investment Portfolio Planning, and Application Hosting Portfolio Managers in identifying new development and decommissioning opportunities
- Track benefit realization targets regarding their portfolio.

Maintain Service Portfolio, including:

- Maintain Service information in ServiceNow (ITBM and ITSM) and ensuring ServiceNow data quality
- Effectively engage with Business IT Interfaces (SOM), Application Portfolio Managers, Delivery Verticals, Service Operations Managers, IT Managers, and Architects, and assure portfolio changes: manage service step out process, initiate and follow-up on service enhancements, provide steer and advice to relevant projects, maintain awareness of service delivery
- Actively drive the harvest agenda by seeking opportunities for portfolio optimization and service decommissioning
- Support ET SOM and Architecture to review the performance of suppliers and form the future engagement strategy
- Assist the Contracting & Procurement department with contract and license negotiations with suppliers.
- Support Data Management by implementing and maintaining a catalogue of portfolio capabilities
- Support in the organization of various events including the EUP LT and Staff meetings

**Dimensions**:

- Typical Experience: 10-15 Years of IT experience. Professional Business Analyst credential is preferred
- Minimum Education: 4 Year degreed. MBA is preferred
- Typical Job Grade of Supervisor/Management: JG1 or higher

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Demonstrated IT Portfolio management skills (project intake, resource demand planning, budget management)
- Strong IT management and analysis skills
- Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service
- Facilitate governance, portfolio reviews, and other Delivery related meetings
- Influential at team level through oral presentations, business cases, and investment proposals
- Demonstrated skills of running effective meetings and getting buy-in from leaders
- Able to conduct technical reviews, audits, and risk assessments; recommend appropriate actions to senior management and seek guidance from more specialized practitioners as required
