1)According to dispatch plan vehicle will be arranged.

2)Preparation of gate pass, bills, bilty, freight voucher.

3)Co-ordination with Sale team regarding promotional tools, order queries.

4)Material will be dispatched after receiving advance bill payment from the parties and route will get it prepared.

5)Co-ordination with the transporters, salesmen, parties, drivers.

6)Disbursement of driver expense as per set criteria.

7)Vendor classification and evaluation.

8)Grievance Handling.

9)Detail regarding intra unit dispatch exchange of vehicle will be maintained.

10)Check availability of finished goods stock in co-ordination with stores as per order received.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
