Kindergarten Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and nurture kindergarten students using play-based and interactive learning methods.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents and participate in school events.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, or equivalent) preferred.
- Prior experience working with young children is an advantage.
- Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and a love for working with children.

**Salary Range**: ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
