Introduction:
The Control Tester will be responsible for supporting testing and related responsibilities within the ongoing operational control testing plan, including supporting the annual RCSA process. This role is responsible for supporting the operational risk and control strategy and providing oversight of control functions and initiatives aligned to multiple supported business areas/functions in addition to serving in a leadership role.

What will you be doing?
- Support RCSA testing (both design effectiveness and operational effectiveness)
- Assist in the development and/or improvement of controls for the supported business.
- Assist in the development and/or improvement of tests which evaluate control effectiveness
- Respond to ad hoc and critical control and governance requests
- Support other Ops Rigor team members as needed, with particular emphasis on operational controls and control testing, for the following:

- Closure and remediation of incidents, issues, and control gaps
- Control activities and best practices across projects and initiatives.
- Ensuring control testing initiatives are completed within established time frames and conform to Group Policies and Standards, operations objectives, user requirements and appropriate testing is completed

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience working in banking or other regulated industry environment testing controls
- Demonstrated experience in a control or control-type environment
- Minimum Graduation Degree is required as a basic qualification

- Call Centre experience with familiarity of call centre controls
