- **Asset Management**: Oversee the management and maintenance of desktop hardware, ensuring all systems are properly tracked, updated, and secured.
- **Software Deployment**: Manage the deployment of operating systems, software, and updates across the organization using automation tools.
- **Incident & Problem Management**: Coordinate resolution of desktop-related incidents and problems, collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
- **Security & Compliance**: Ensure that desktop systems are secure and comply with company security standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with third-party suppliers for hardware, software, and support services, ensuring best value and performance.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Monitor trends in desktop support and IT service delivery, recommending and implementing improvements for efficiency and user satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to senior management on desktop performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
