We are looking for an Experienced, extremely hungry, passionate Social Media Expert to join us.

**Social Media Goals** - Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.

**Explore new formats to multiply the reach** on each platform such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. multiply engagement (shares, views, comments, likes) on each post. platform. Set up and optimize social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the content.

Define the team’s **important KRAs, and KPIs**, and optimize their performance regularly. Active coordination from pre-production, production, post-production, publishing, to distribution.

**Brand Management**: Maintain presence and brand image on different platforms.

Regularly **review **audience feedback and comments.

Plan and execute initiatives related to **PR and Branding.**

Take responsibility for the overall look and design of channels

**Skills and Qualifications: -**:

- Proven working experience as a result-driven social media lead.
- Excellent understanding of platform-based analytics.
- Free hands and deep knowledge of social media tools and software.
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English.

**Salary**: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
