**Job Advertisement - Office Coordinator (Location: Vasai)**
**Job Summary**:As an Office Coordinator, you willhave exciting opportunities to coordinate the Company’s entire activities across different functions from purchasing to sales and marketing. You will get to work with team members having diverse competencies in R&D, production, marketing, sales, distribution, accounting, HR etc. with considerable scope for cross-functional training. Your efforts will ensure that the Company’s overall operations are conducted smoothly and seamlessly.
**Key Responsibilities**:Some of the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Meetings: Scheduling and coordinating meetings with vendors, service providers, customers etc.
- Support: Providing employees with administrative support and supplies
- Equipment: Maintaining office equipment and proficiency with basic office equipment and management software
- Supplies: Managing office supplies and handling basic financial duties
- Maintaining file systems, registers (hard copy and soft copy) and assisting with data entry
- Performing other clerical tasks as needed
- UG or PG degree with relevant experience of 0-2 years. Freshers with relevant qualifications and prior internship/project experience can apply.
- Strong verbal, written communication and negotiation skills; experience with MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills, strong ability to multi-task and willingness learn new skills quickly
- Passion for working in fast-paced startup environment; ability to work both independently and within teams depending on requirement; strong commitment to meeting deadlines and targets
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
